Practicing Mindful Living

Thich Nhat Hanh said, “It is possible that the next Buddha will not take the form of an individual. The next Buddha may take the form of a community—a community practicing understanding and loving kindness, a community practicing mindful living. This may be the most important thing we can do for the survival of the earth.”

These are potent and true words spoken by a man of steadfast integrity over many years of service. I think of us now as an Attunement Community of friends who have been thrilled to remember who we are and why we are here at this particular time in the history of this earth. We have also been brought to our knees by the fires of purification allowing us to be as free as possible so as to provide inspiration to others. In that process we have been re-united and connected to many around this world expressing the same passion. We are but a small band of frequency holders of what the simple acts of mindful living look like in living color. Let our hearts continue to open wide in understanding, steering clear of notions of right and wrong, good and bad, and judgments of any kind. Things are changing and moving quickly. Our home is in the heaven; our Joy is in bringing those rhythms into the earth.
